Spice and Wolf - S01
Merchant Kraft Lawrence and the wolf deity Holo share a meal with Norah Arendt, a shepherdess who once aided them in smuggling gold. Holo struggles to enjoy the food, her distaste for Norah-fueled by the girl’s profession and her bond with Lawrence-lingering in the air. Later, when exhaustion leaves Holo bedridden, Lawrence fusses over her, anxious for his beloved companion’s well-being. As she recovers, Holo quietly reflects on the journey they’ve shared.
